Preparing for the 2015 season, the lady Raider’s softball team welcomes Coach Linda Graves back to the team as one of the JV coaches.

Graves assisted assistant principal Cody Blair in the 2012-13 softball season while she student taught with Mrs. Kramer.

“I remember a few of the girls on the team that were on the JV, and now are on varsity,” Graves said. “[They’ve] grown so much since I’ve been here last.”

While Graves assists Coach Alisha Crouch with varsity softball, she will head coach JV gold the 2014-15 season.

“She’s really hard on us when we work out because she wants to push us to succeed,” sophomore Amy Nguyen said. “She works us as much as she thinks we need. I think we will have a good season with her.”
